The Board of Directors of CAPVEST Income Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CSV) announces that the Company has distributed approximately $0.73 per common share to those shareholders of record on Thursday, February 26, 2009. The Company's common shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V") at the close of business on Friday, February 27, 2009 and the Company expects to file articles of dissolution as soon as reasonably practicable.

On February 10, 2009, shareholders of the Company approved the dissolution of the Company and the de-listing of the Company's common shares from the TSX-V.
