Concordia Resource Corp. Appoints Vice President and Grants Stock Options

Concordia Resource Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CCN) ("Company") is pleased to announce
the appointment of Ms. Tracy Hansen as Vice President of the Company.


Ms. Hansen is a securities paralegal with over 16 years of experience in
providing regulatory and management services to public and private companies,
primarily in mining and resource development. Ms. Hansen was appointed Corporate
Secretary of the Company in March, 2011 and is also the Vice President and
Corporate Secretary of Western Lithium USA Corp.


The Company also announces that on February 24, 2012 a Director of the Company
was granted stock options to acquire 200,000 common shares of the Company at a
price of C$0.47 per share, for a five year period.
