Not to be pedantic, but tax preparers don't email returns to the IRS. They use special software that sends the data directly into the IRS computers.

Let’s say NWBO says we can’t accept anything less than $200k for reimbursement from NICE per patient. Currently it costs $50k to manufacture using manual method.

NICE says we will only provide $150k per patient. Would NWBO be stupid enough
