LIN TV Corp. Announces KXAN-TV as the Location for its Annual Shareholders Meeting

LIN TV Corp. (“LIN Media”; NYSE: TVL), a local television and multimedia company, today announced that the Company will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. (local time), at KXAN-TV in Austin, Texas. All stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 24, 2010, are entitled to vote on all matters that properly come before the meeting.
