Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 23, 2023, the Issuer completed a 1-for-20 reverse stock split (the "Reverse Stock Split"). This amount has been adjusted to give effect to the Reverse Stock Split.

2. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $9.97 to $10.40. The price reported above reflects the weighted average purchase price. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.
