Johnson & Perkinson (๏ฟฝJ&P๏ฟฝ), hereby amends its prior notice regarding the filing of this suit. J&P๏ฟฝs prior notice incorrectly stated that if you bought Wireless Facilities securities between March 29, 2001 and March 12, 2007, you may, not later than sixty (60) days from March 16, 2007, move the court to serve as lead plaintiff. The correct date for moving for lead plaintiff is 60 days from March 19, 2007. While other law firms have published advertisements referencing the filing of a suit on behalf of such purchasers, J&P, along with its local counsel, Scott & Scott, LLP, assembled and filed the only suit which has been brought on behalf of the plaintiff and the proposed class of purchasers of securities of Wireless Facilities, Inc.
