In furtherance of the Form 6-K submitted by Sol-Gel Technologies Ltd. (the “Company”) on June 21, 2023 with respect to its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for July 26, 2023 (the “Meeting”), the Company announces a change in the location of the Meeting. The new location for the Meeting will be at the offices of Latham & Watkins, 1271 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 33, New York, NY 10020. Shareholders entitled to attend the meeting in person who wish to receive virtual access to the Meeting are welcome to contact the Company to coordinate such virtual access.
