The so called ":Bashers" have questioned this whole scam. There has been nothing to prove this shell will succeed if HAD is tied in here..

I am going to make a prediction: they will release a PR mid to late October saying they met with the FDA at the beginning of September and they have to jump through some hoops and they hope to start the clock again by year end.🙄
