For those still not aware, this stock is being manipulated to trigger stop losses and get your shares cheap. This is why & how SP has been driven WAY below NBV. THAT NBV IS ALL CASH; SO IT IS REAL.

The company will most likely announce an acquisition with this cash by Feb 22nd.

My guess is SP goes to $14 then.

Update: Some speculate this is for an acquisition instead of loans because apparently it is much harder for a Chinese company to secure financing. The relatively tiny amount still doesn't make sense to me, but maybe.

Either way the LOWEST BV per sh could go is $14. $16.5 highest. And they hold almost only CASH.

Not sure how it's trading this low. But alot of stoctwit talk about methods major shareholders use to drive down the price so they can scoop up larger volumes lower. Again, doesn't seem plausible given the low short volume. But there's Private Equity holders on this. Either they are really smart or really stupid.

$CREG is pulling a fast one! They are issuing more shares & warrants for a measly $9M; but dont need cash! At current $5 SP, this will dilute current SH value 66% if all are exercised. A private equity firm (CG) is a major holder. The controlling holders are issuing shares that probably only they can buy and then liquidate, effectively steal from other shareholders. Example:

Current liquidation value is $19 per share. After issuance, liquidation value is $14/SH. Assuming 50% of holders are in on this larceny. Before new issuance liquidation value is $67M in liquidation. AFTER the issuance they bought for $23M - ownership % is 68% & $104M (their share) liquidation value. By buying $23, they get an ADDITIONAL $14M. That comes out of the pockets of everyone else.

Looks like class action lawsuit behavior to me.

Very curious activity. That release should have driven price down. But the reverse is happening on higher volume. The price drop in weeks before lead me to think there was insider info making rounds, so the drop was already built into the price.

Now Bollinger bands are converging on well oversold volume. This usually means a drastic price increase. Not so sure how trustworthy that is in this case. I canceled my buy orders on this release. Now I think I may have to cancel my standing sell orders as well and just wait it out.

I could be wrong. But approximately a year ago the company announced a "private" purchase of 3.2M in shares to a group of investors. Those shares couldn't be sold unless they were registered with the SEC.

I'm guessing that this is the registration of those shares. Guess someone wants out. Not so sure how the warrants work into all this though. They apparently purchased for over $11 / share. They got hosed :)

I guess my $20 per share book value calc falls to $13.5. Still a bargain at under $6. But I may cancel some standing orders and see if these guys drive price down.

Is this company actually operating?

According to the financial statements there haven't been significant sales in the past 3 years. None on the last two. They somehow managed to sell new shares and get cash to $150M. They also appear to have sold all their fixed assets. Nothing on their web page or news articles about what they are going to do with this cash.

I bought in because of the favorable CFRA rating. Looking closer, all their source data seems derived from the SEC disclosures only. I'm second guessing their report now. The release today that their Audit firm quit doesn't help either.

However, if you take just their cash; subtract out ALL liabilities; then divide by the outstanding shares... The distributable amount is over $20 per share.

This just doesn't seem possible. I was beginning to think this was another Chinese scam company. But I've never seen one with sooo much cash. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?

What caused today's 20% jump? I see no news. This isn't a pump & dump candidate. No rating changes that I can see. No releases.

Look at EVK, another Chinese stock and that one doesn't even have remotely the financials that CREG has, the float is 5 times bigger than CREG. This is going to run hard in due course, just needs patience. I have loaded everyday except for today.

CREG is going to be bigger than CAA*S, much bigger when that news hit, CREG will run to 30-40 dollars instantly. Huge move coming here, load the dips and chill out. I own massive amounts of shares, bought another 2000 shares today and I will continue buying until I have 100,000 shares as long as the price stays between 4.80 and 5.50 load and hold and chill.

CREG with the right news and volume will hit 30-40 dollars in multiple days. Will be sitting at 150-200 market valuation in due time. Just buy the dips and wait for that massive news.

Market maker games. One news about confirming a partnership with CATL in the EV space, it will fly like no other, well in the 30's and 40's. This company is based on its cash is worth 30 dollars and the market is only under 20 million, expect market cap to reach at least 150 million when a deal is announced the same day. Buy the dips, set it and forget it until news, this stock is not for traders, it is for investors, market makers, the market makers on this particular stock will wear you out, they will try every attempt to get you out of your position, even if you have a small position, to collect as many shares as they want. As of now I am sitting on 35,000 shares, I know if I put on $6.00 tomorrow, they will come for it because they need it to short it down. I am going to buy another 15,000 more shares and chill out for news and have gun powder ready for another 10,000 shares when the news breaks. This is no brainer, partnership news with CATL who supplies to TESLA, third largest battery manufacture after Panasonic, will send this up huge in the double digit territory, it is not about if, it is about when.

Now have 35,000 shares, going for 50,000 before the end of the day tomorrow, so 15,000 more to go.

Betting if I stack the ask at 5.50, they will come for it. They did the same yesterday that is why it ran.

I am going to load another 19,000 shares tomorrow.
