Constance K. Weaver and Daniel E. Penni, who serve on the Digital Angel Board, have stepped down from the VeriChip Board, and Barry M. Edelstein, has stepped down from the Digital Angel Board and joined the VeriChip Board. These changes create two independent Boards of Directors with no common Board members.
