GMSQF: effective April 11,2023: Arrangement agreement dated December 7, 2022, between Consolidated Engine Gaming and Media, Inc and GameSquare Esports Inc. pursuant to which the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of GameSquare by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement.Pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement, 100% of the issued and outstanding GameSquare Shares were exchanged on the basis of 0.020655 of a post-consolidated common share of the Company for each GameSquare Share.

TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / March 14, 2023 / GameSquare Esports Inc. (CSE:GSQ)(OTCQB:GMSQF)(FRA:29Q1) ("GameSquare", or the "Company") and Engine Gaming and Media, Inc. (NASDAQ:GAME)(TSXV:GAME) ("Engine Gaming") announced today that they have received approval from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), to complete the previously announced plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the "Arrangement") pursuant to which Engine Gaming will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of GameSquare (the "GameSquare Shares") at an exchange ratio of 0.08262 of an Engine Gaming common share for each GameSquare Share.

Gaming Community Network to work with Roc Nation Sports’ star-studded athletes to expand their presence in gaming and esports
TORONTO, Aug. 18, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Roc Nation Sports (“Roc Nation Sports”), the full-service management and sports agency, and the Gaming Community Network (“GCN”), part of the GameSquare Esports Inc. (CSE: GSQ; FRA: 29Q1) (“GameSquare” or the “Company”) group of companies, have partnered to create global gaming solutions for athletes.
As part of the multi-year partnership, the collaboration is intended to create authentic bespoke athlete-centric strategies, including esports tournaments, gaming content production, live streaming events, and ??provide content syndication across the GCN Network which includes 85+ gaming and esports-centric websites.
