That isn't true. We have seen shares dumped into the bid but all buys happen below the ask. It is because the don't want the wall at the ask to be broken. 

Today we had no sells at the ask 4mil out of 53mil. Then someone points out this and immediately 9 mil is sold at the ask. Weird
