Board Changes


Telspec plc is pleased to announce that Mr Anthony Harris has today joined the
Board as a Non-executive Director.


Mr Harris, who is 51, has extensive telecommunications experience having just
completed 14 years as a Senior Executive at BT, most recently as President of
their Business Internet Services Division. Prior to joining BT, Mr Harris was
Managing Director of DHL's European Parcels Business and his early career was
spent at McKinsey & Co and Hill & Knowlton.


For the purpose of paragraph 16.13 of the Listing Rules, Telspec announces that
Anthony Harris does not hold any interest in the share capital of Telspec.

Other than Telspec, Mr Harris does not have any current directorships nor any
past directorships. Mr Harris has also confirmed that there are no details to be
disclosed for the purposes of paragraph 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules.
