Incentive Plan (the "SIP")
Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 13 June 2023 it
received notification from the trustee (the "Trustee") of the
Company's SIP that on 9 June 2023 it purchased an aggregate of 26
ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") in the
market at a price of GBP5.72 per Share on behalf the following
