It's been years ... do I believe him ?  No. But I don't think they will RS before there are some decent events to keep it going.   I've stated this for a while and will continue to believe this.  Not necessarily him though.  

If you think the largest shareholders (management) wouldn’t follow-up MHRA approval with a bombastic PR you are clueless. Any company in that position in that moment would justifiably promote that approval big time. Not to mention all the news coverage.. It will be overwhelming.

I have zero experience with this but to me I believe that wording "interest" actually means earnings. It doesn't make sense to me that the government will simply allow someone to deposit money into an account that will earn profits in one way of another and not expect that to be someway taxed.
