Hey Chazzy, what amazing patent are u talking about. Can’t ever remember Hdvy making a cent on any of them.

Thank you Good Sport. I was not aware of HDC's amazing series "continuation patents," having been derived from earlier patents assigned to HDC. This brings a whole new perspective to things.
I was under the impression that the clock was about to run out on HDC, however, given this new information, Dr. Alan Faust may just have the elbow room he needs to ink a deal for HDC, combining SVM-RFE with AI in medical diagnostics (in the words of Mr. William F. Fromholzer). I find this most encouraging.

Any guess as to when that 11,105,808 B patent will expire? I didn't quite understand the prior patents that made up this and then the * mark stating it was subject to early "terminal" termination whatever that means. It also has a little over a year of additional extention to it from uspto.
Also, do you think NeoGenomics is still in our mix again as possible partners for this? I see their stock price is trading at a little under $15 currently.

So (if not a legal suit) then it seems they are taking the prostate path. Fromholzer tipped this off as the direction in the 8k Aug 2023 sec filing on his departure from the company.
Will possibly combine a royalty partnership strategy from both the two remaining HDC patents...That seems like the logical answer imo.

William F. Fromholzer, at the age of 77, will retire from the board of directors of Health Discovery Corporation (the “Company”) by October 1, 2023. Another lawsuit, lol, where is the money going to come from the tooth fairy, the last capital raise for the refiling last time didn’t work out for those investors. The really got screwed, pathetic 2 million dollar settlement, please explain Colleen. Thx.

You paid the ticket to see the entire movie so have I. Nothing wrong with honest hope but looking at everything leaves very little on the positive side. As for another law suit maybe something has been filed but doubt that at this time. I also believe HDC would be more incline to gamble on all or nothing meaning if there was another corporation stealing IP we would have filed an 8-K or provide a "Cease and Desist letter to them?

It seems the movie might still be rolling but no doubt the coke and popcorn machines seem to be broken.

Regarding another IP Infringement legal suit, we are still (possibly) within the time limitations (six years going back I think) to pursue and file a suit for past Infringement. Maybe Intel provided HDC evidence of a much larger corporation/organization using our patent illegally etc. and offered it up as part of that $2.25 million deal - However this may be grasping...IMO - No reason to be silent to the public by CEO unless works by lawyers are preventing it from happening and some deal is being made. Who knows???

One other point...if you were a medium or large corporation would you lease/buy a patent that is expiring in 6 months. Do I need to say any more? As for those that might be thinking about any type of lawsuit that too would most likely splatter when it hits the wall but no doubt we need some type of final closure.

Hello Pennypop....I was here for money and nothing more. These are micro stocks and most are junk and most never really talk to their shareholders. In the circumstances involving HDC there is nothing stopping the company from "saying something" to their shareholders, like hello folks, at least...not even the time of day

You...know how struggling investors always move the goal post to where they think it should be? Well! There isn't any goal post to move, no cokes nor popcorn just an empty stadium with a few of us plus it is an open stadium and it is raining like hell. Yes the Barnhill obtained enough funds to really swing a big deal, foreign, Weed business and was very successful. Haven't checked him out in several years but Stephen looks out for himself.

Pennypop....no doubt many of us feel like Job did thousands of years ago but aside from that I don't believe GOD is in the gambling business like many of us that are playing these penny stocks....not much truth in most of these pennies.

I'm here too and hope somehow something happens in a good way. I was worried when we lost our CEO mainly do to his personal relationship with past ex-wife verses his last situation that I knew of. We haven't seen any stimulation pushes either way. It is without question that Colleen was loved dearly by her Dad and her Mother but don't know about the other lady. This is all personal so maybe I should not have posted this but was one of my concerns when we lost our CEO.

LocWolf, actually, my point was that, if there is anyone capable of making something happen, it would be Alan. But I tend to agree that, at this late stage of the game, and if we do not see an 8k soon, the odds for an HDC resurgence diminish with each passing day. However, given Alan's resorcefulness, connections and expertise in the field, I am not ready to write this off. I have waited this long. I might as well wait it out to the grand finale. After all, what is there to gain by selling now? A few cents? My shares won't be worth any less if I wait and HDC eventually goes belly up. But they could be worth a lot more if Alan is successful. Incidently, Colleen and her extended network of family, friends and associates have placed all of their eggs (hopes) in Alan's basket. And who knows? He may come through yet.

You can hope that positive news comes but I see it that our patents were basically exhausted which we all kinda knew. A company that basically doesn't have a real business address or phone in order to save money and If I were in Colleens shoes you had better believe that I would hire a real CEO to cover may a$$ which she did. Now that is not saying what I'm expressing to be true but look at everything over the past 22 years. I needed this to be somewhat successful in order to recoup some of my ROTH program and why I must stay to the very end of what we all have seen. It doesn't look good but again we still must wait as stumping our feet just doesn't do jack, time for dinner.

Buylow2, I wish I had a positive update for you. However, Zenos Arrow is correct. Unless HDC files a new 8k soon, it would indicate that Alan has not met his 6 month performance metric. This doesn't mean that he won't be successful ultimately, but by not meeting this milestone metric, it does mean that he stands to forfeit a bonus of 500,000 extra shares.
I remain hopeful that, if anyone can, Alan will be able to make something happen for HDC.

I’m sure he’s still there Loc. Why would he leave – he’s still getting paid? The bigger question is, has he done enough to satisfy his six-month incentive metrics. If so, we should get an 8-K announcing that 500K more shares were granted via meeting these metrics. So, no communication forthcoming could indicate the end of our journey.

I do doubt that Alan is still working for HDC but maybe I am wrong.however, it would seem we might hear something this coming week as it has been 186 days now. but I sincerely believe Elvis has left the building. Look, Alan never did the paperwork at the Georgia Corporations office and that is as simple as it comes except why didn't he? Could it be because we might not have a real business phone...might not have a real business address? Well those things in my mind would need to be dealt with before compliance with the SEC. Of course maybe I'm wrong but when has HDC ever been forthcoming.

Good Sport...no don't buy a car even if we are successful in licensing or selling it it just is an area that HDC might be working on. Next, OH NO!!! Barnhill put out that what we can now see (do I need to comment about his ways, past)

Since that time the patent has been broaden a bit and probably is in better hands with a level headed CEO that isn't out for himself I mean Alan has maturity in more ways than one. Our technology was introduced too early wasn't something easily understood nor could most of us and the general public understand jack chet about it. So Barnhill was trying to sell something that was invisible. He failed and probably failed for many other reasons beside lack of money.

We can try to be as realistic as possible if nothing more than breaking even will do but yes a damn good run sure would be welcomed in my thoughts.

Why else modify a patent when you can just let it die since HDC is done? It is easily beyond my understanding why Colleen just didn't close shop already sure a last shot and also trying to protect herself from lawsuits by introducing a last chance CEO to make something work?

Who really knows but what the hell!

LocWolf, this is an excellent find! Thank you! This method of screening, predicting and monitoring prostate cancer, involves patents by Guyon (2018) and Albitar (2014) which were assigned to HDC. Based upon these issue dates, these patents should have a lot of life remaining, be highly marketable and be of great interest to our CEO, Dr. Alan Hauser.

Damn shame but I sincerely believe Colleen was just covering her butt by hiring a real CEO. That way if and when he leaves Colleen will just say she tried. Now folks...I also fail to understand any reasoning for any real corporation to license our SVM-RFE patent when it dies in 6 months. As for Intel settling up with that 2 plus million dollars well Intel may have given Colleen an offer she couldn't refuse. Yes that dark area of what seems to be BS with that settlement wasn't made clear to us and why? Yes maybe things will change for the better but what does all the years that we have wait clearly indicate. Now with 6 months patent life left and HDC not talking???

I would like anyone here to place yourself as CEO of HDC and for you to get on the phone and call all these corporations and say hey I got a holy grail patent but patent life expires in 6 months....I'm afraid potential buyers would just laugh at you. Next you being a CEO will end up just milking the company or just leave when enough of these corporations laugh at you.

I understand, and share, your frustration, LocWolf. However, I don't believe that our CEO is at liberty to send out any form of communication to shareholders without Board oversight and approval. I wish it weren't so, but I think that this is the situation we find ourselves in.

I belief it to be a tad strange that our CEO has not addressed us in any real way. Yes I believe in Santa since he is on time every year but doubt Santa would even think of hiring our CEO. No hot chocolate or cookies for our CEO.

They know who I am, where I live, what I drive and where I work. They’ve sent people, discreetly that they didn’t think I knew/know or saw and overtly with comments in passing from strangers that I didn’t understand in context at the moment until after the fact. I’ve been followed. Not just .Gov, Big Corps. Easy to tell the difference. .Gov is curious and inquisitive/protective?, trying to figure me out. Big Corps are threatening. I know it. They know it, I know that they know, they know that I know that they know etc, etc. I’ve been living in a live cat and mouse situation (not a game or paranoid delusion) for 2 years. My nerves were fried. I was sir drinks-a-lot for a time. That time has passed thanks to prayer and God’s grace. If they wanted me dead I’d be gone but for that fact I wrote a letter to The Undersecretary and Director. It’s on record. Might be a monkey wrench for the Big Tech Spooks I’ve encountered. If they do get to me I’ll just go hang out with my Mom, Dad and Daughter in the afterlife. The money is secondary. Of course I’m fighting for it but it’s not for me alone. A lot of people I know are struggling financially. I will help them.

Another issue is this, there’s been a shift of some sort in the world/reality we live IMO. Those NJ drones are not an aberration. My home State across the country is proposing to turn our National Guard bases into… Space Force bases. Somethings going on and .Gov either knows and they’re not telling us or they’re in the dark. Not sure which is worse. We can be prepared spiritually without the material things of life. Those rich people ain’t building bunkers for fun. I can’t imagine God would want us to lay down and give up but if thats the case so be it🤷‍♂️.
