I know anytime someone try to tell me a company bad and spends time to do that there a reason, i have cheap shares and i keeping them roll 7 or not

No, it is too risky to buy ALST Above $0.0001 for me based on its Huge Negative BV --- -$0.03652224 a share! The company will file the CH7 (CH11 at the best) Bankruptcy anytime from now on due to its -$10M Huge Negative Net Asset or shareholder's Equity Value!

If the company had the "CLEAN Shell" status and Excellent Financial Balance Sheet like its OTC peers (such as SUTI and KGRI etc.) then I would consider to buy some shares at $0.0002 or even at $0.0003! Right now, I'm just waiting at $0.0001 to buy a few millions shares considering Huge BANKRUPTCY Risk here! Anyway based on "CLEAN Shell" status and Excellent Financial Balance Sheet both SUTI and KGRI ever surged to $0.0034 and $0.0015 respectively from $0.0001.
