Agreed. We should expect nothing less than a continuation of the infamous Fernandez silent treatment. That's always been his approach toward shareholders. Thus why RXMD tanked under his command and now NXPL.

He's far from a valuable asset to the BOD and the company as a whole.

A NASDAQ firm teetering on the verge of being delisted with a downtrending chart does not peak interest within the investment community. IMO

They/he will just give lip service.  They are not allowed to say anything that isnt already public knowledge. 

Now that we know how everyone really feels, has anyone spoken to the company recently?

Thank you for a civil reply. Actually, I'd like to make them legal and give them some rights as foreign workers. But, that is a completely different agenda that has been and would be blocked. Fact is, we need each other. The money they can make here in a season can support their family at home for the entire year, and no Americans want those jobs.

Ignorance is bliss if you think farms and hotels will function without low paying jobs filled by Mexican workers. Almost every piece of American-origin produce was touched my a Mexican, and Americans don't want to do that work. Grocery prices will rise, just wait. And, they pay taxes, including social security, but they cannot collect. Every undocumented worker is not a criminal. Every American born citizen isn't innocent either.

That said, I'm not against closing and getting control of the border. But, so much more is happening. Illegal things.

Our govt had become a cesspool of pure evil and corruption. We were headed down a road of pure catastrophe. The people in charge were hellbent I’m destroying it through illegal immigration which destroys norms and customs through dilution and erosion of the American way and through dilution of the dollar, not to mention the complete nonsense that was spews out for people to believe. They funded terrorist groups on top of that. What is being done to purge all this garbage out of the govt has been amazing to watch. We will likely never see a true American cleaning house like this in our lifetime again. Yesterday the work was ending cause of tariffs. What happened…. The countries caved in like Trump knew they would and everything was fine. The man knows what he’s doing hence he can give 30 min conferences with no script that make perfect sense and shows he knows what he’s talking about unlike those before him

You're throwing out the baby with the bath water. Republicans have control of every branch of government, so why aren't any desired changes being made legally, starting with congress initiatives. I love America and what is happening is not American. It is the implementation of project 2025, the authors of those executive orders. Their end game is to dismantle the constitution and make America a Christian Nationalist Theocracy. Be careful what you wish for when sins become punishable by law, like what happened in Pakistan.

Any attempt to eliminate the constitution is, by definition, treason. In the United States of America that I grew up in, the idea that I could know someone that supports treason is new, foreign, unheard of. My grandparents that served in the military and fault to protect our country would be freaking out right now. It must not be allowed to happen. It won't be America anymore if that happens and that means no rights for anyone. If there is no security for one, there is no security for anyone.

I plead to the right to draw a line in the sand when it comes to supporting the elimination of the United States Constitution. Anything less is un-American. Anything less is treason. Not IMO.

If one side is fighting in defense of the constitution and the other is cheering it on as it is eroded away, you should be wondering which side are patriots and which side is being influenced by foreign entities.

Bear it’s truly been a beautiful thing to watch. The first four years he was in training and saw how it worked and how back it was. These 4 years he’s kicking arse and taking names. We may never see another real president for the people like this again
