A few other bag holders have been googling for articles with the word “hydrogen” in them and are posting them here, all day long…they’ve left nothing for the hedgehog to do…except to make ridiculous claims about the imminent and stupendous rise in the pps of course…but he’s been doing that for years to no avail…so I guess he decided to take a few days off realizing he won’t be missed…

Where are those brilliant institutions that HOGWASH was counting on to do the right thing. Ever time they added the stock went lower.
Could it be they've had enough pain and some are baling out.?

All of those CC projects by other companies as I read in Stocktwits there is at least 20 projects. All this may get cancelled and if this happens you could see a 30% drop in PPS .

There is no bottom on a stock when there is poor performance and no new contracts that will bring in revenue. The downtrend will continue and $4’s are imminent. No insiders here are buying the stock .The carbon capture is another carrot in front of the donkey. The CEO here is a failure and has no clue how to bring this company profitable. It really is a scam when you think about it for the past 20 years . I bet another round of layoffs will happen here followed by an offering.

Looks like the Keystone pipeline has come back to life. Trump supports oil . Not so much for Tax credits or other incentives for hydrogen . He likes nuclear and coal.
Unfortunately , the environmental opposition will take a back seat and in effect have little influence as they once had.
Oil, Nat gas will be where he'll stimulate production through incentives as he clearly has stated he wants to eliminate dependence from foreign oil.
At least the market as its reflected in where the stock has gone, thinks so.Analysts agree!

Max, I disagree. The laws and rules can and will be changed.

The IRA law was passed by Congress. Just like any law, it can be amended or re-written by another act of Congress. And that is exactly what's going to happen with the big reconciliation bill. The changes may be very small or they may be large but they will be totally legal and law as part of the new congress.

Also, the last Treasury Department under Janet Yellen took it upon themselves to invent "guidance" which basically added a ton of new regulations like the "three pillars". That was nowhere in the actual law passed by congress. One reason I know that is that Senator Manchin in a very public hearing with Yellen told her specifically that and actually told yelling that he was planning to sue the Treasury Department because it added all these pillars. So the point is that the new Treasury Department will also be able to change the guidance. Most likely, they will offer no new guidance but will follow the new reconciliation law that will be established by Congress.

If they thought for one second that FCE has a good chance in getting any type of contracts with data centers than they would have increased their targets and from the current target from $5 to $14.00 in the next 12 months says a lot . The stock will never perform a 1,400 % like the past in 2019 …. meaning gone once in a lifetime this happens and back then a lot of promises or exaggerated ( I call this forward looking statement) the short attack is real here because of no revenue . 19 million in one qtr is not going to move this stock and there is still losses until 2029 that will continue soon it will get out of control by the research team as it has in the past . $4’s are coming! IMO

I wonder if US will get in on the Ukraine H2 play. Assuming that peace will be reached in Ukraine, then it seems that Russia will control the gas, then they will need to send it to US control, then US can convert to H2 and send to EU through Ukraine.

The article is written shortly before the election, so obviously things have changed for the better as far as Coal Mine Methane (CMM) capture and usage. The article is long but the gist of it tells me that there has already been a lot of discussion and bipartisan introduction of a bill to specifically add CMM to the carbon capture tax credits of 45Q. This is awesome for FCEL, given the new happenings about CMM.

The potential in the US is very big but the potential in the world is absolutely humongous to utilize gas coming from the coal mines which is now just being flared or vented. Just consider a country like India or Indonesia with huge populations and huge coal usage all around the country. This is like a free source of methane if FCEL were to partner in a similar way as they have partnered with Diversified Energy in the project that was recently announced. Let's F Go!

FYI, should be aware of short attacks. Henrique is a self professed short targeted FCEL for at least 5 years. Always writing very bearish articles. He mentions a few facts and a couple + issues just because they are undeniable, usually numbers they reported, and always with something inaccurate. He also writes plenty of other inaccurate info and basically suggests worst case outcomes. He wrote at least a few articles from 2019 ish claiming bankruptcy was imminent. Clained there was no way to avoid it. Yet they ran 1,400+% in 3 months less than 1 year after his last claim of such. And we've made massive progress since then, but particularly in the past year.
