                      Significant shareholder notification


The Company was notified today, in accordance with the provisions of Section 198
of the Companies Act 1985, that following a disposal of 5,683,605 beneficially
held ordinary shares and 1,672,618 shares held as contracts for difference on 8
February 2006, Trefick Limited now has a beneficial shareholding of 7,356,223
ordinary shares in the Company representing 13.75%.
