                             Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 21 March 2007 that on that date Montague Samuels, a
non-executive director, purchased 200,000 shares in the Company at 100p per
share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Samuels is beneficially interested in 474,385
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 5.09
per cent. of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In
addition to this holding Mr. Samuels has a non beneficial interest in 7,500
shares over which he can exercise voting rights.
