             NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST IN SHARES / DIRECTOR DEALING


London, 23 November 2007.  The directors of Tarquin (AIM : TQN) wish to advise
that the Company was notified on 19 November 2007 of the following holding:

Investika Ltd (Investika) holds a beneficial interest in 12,843,497 ordinary
shares in the Company, which represents 83.8 per cent of the issued share
capital of 15,322,575 ordinary shares in the Company.

Investika has increased its interest in the Company pursuant to an offer to a
number of shareholders in the Company of one Investika share for every 5.725
Tarquin shares held.

Pursuant to the above offer, 79,002 shares in the Company in which Mr Kyriakou
has an interest and 511,111 shares in the Company in which Mr de Chezelles has
an interest have been sold to Investika.  Following these dealings no director
holds any shares in the Company, although by reason of his being a director and
shareholder of Investika, Mr Kyriakou is considered to be interested in
Investika's shareholding in the Company.
