The  directors of Stentor have noted the recent  movement
in   the   price   of  the  Company's  ordinary   shares.
Discussions are taking place which may, or may not,  lead
to  an offer for the entire issued and to be issued share
capital  of Stentor, at a price significantly below  that
of the current price of the Company's ordinary shares.  A
