                              Disposal of Fareham


Further to the announcement on 27 July 2007 confirming shareholder approval of
the disposal of the Company's indoor football centre at Fareham, the Company
announces that the Disposal Agreement has today become unconditional and the
Disposal has completed.

Definitions in this announcement are the same as those used in the announcement
of 11 July, 2007.
