(AIM: PPHC), the leading government relations and public affairs
group, will today host a Capital Markets Event for analysts and
investors commencing at 2.30
p.m. UK time at the London Stock Exchange.
The Capital Markets Event will
present an update on the Group's growth strategy, providing further
insight into its service offerings and customer base, and will also
discuss the threats and opportunities for businesses in the context
of a new political environment for public affairs and
communications.
The Group will provide further
detail on its intended capital allocation policy which is designed
to maximise both immediate and sustained shareholder returns by
leveraging future M&A opportunities which will deliver
immediate synergies and create value. This focus on value accretive
M&A, alongside organic growth, will support the Group's
ambition to reach $500 million revenue in the
medium-term.
