Change of Name to 'Uranium Limited' and AGM Statement 
 
 
 
 
Further to the announcement made on 7 September 2009, the Company is pleased to 
announce that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, the 
change of name to 'Uranium Limited' was approved by shareholders. 
 
 
The change of name will become effective on the AIM market of the London Stock 
Exchange ('AIM') tomorrow, 18 September 2009, and the Company's ordinary shares 
will trade under the new ticker code 'UML'. The Company has also obtained 
approval to change its Toronto Stock Exchange ticker symbol to 'UML'. Such 
change will become effective within two or three trading days. The Company's new 
website address is www.uraniumlimited.com, and it is compliant with Rule 26 of 
the AIM Rules for Companies. 
 
 
The Company also announces that all of the other resolutions proposed at today's
