Nordic Land plc (in Liquidation): release of Escrow Monies

Nordic Land plc (in Liquidation) ("Nordic Land" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that replacement mortgage certificates have been issued to the purchaser of the Group's former properties in Sicklaon and that, accordingly, the aggregate amount of SEK 29.5 million (GBP2.7 million) previously held in escrow has been released to the Group.

An update on the Final Distribution will be issued by the end of May 2012.
