                          Suspension of trading on AIM 
 
Cosentino Signature Wines plc ("Cosentino" or the "Company"), the AIM listed, 
ultra-premium brand Napa Valley based wine company, announces that since it is 
unable to publish its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 
2009 before 30 June 2010 it has requested that trading in its ordinary shares on 
AIM should be suspended until such time as it is able to publish the report and 
accounts. 
 
The board will update shareholders once it has a firm timetable for publication 
and will provide shareholders with an operations update in the near future.
