Update
Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software
company specialising in digital
identities, today announces
the following trading update for the six months
ending 30 September 2024 (H1 FY25).
The Group is pleased to
announce that revenues for H1 FY25 are
expected to be approximately £8.54m (2024:
£6.99m), 22% higher than H1 FY24 and 29% higher on a constant
currency basis. This is in line with
management expectations.
As at 30 September 2024, gross cash
balances totalled £16.2m (2023: £9.7m) and was £17.2m as at 31
March 2024. The Group has no debt.
Further details will be provided
within Intercede's final H1 results which are expected to be
published on 26 November 2024.
