The Company was informed earlier today, that Theo Müller had acquired all of the 
4,820,000,000 Class A Preference Shares in IFR Jersey Limited of EUR 0.01 each 
from Textil Romania S.a.r.l. 
 
 
Accordingly, on 11 December 2009, Theo Müller became and remains the holder of 
all of the 
4,820,000,000 Class A Preference Shares in IFR Jersey Limited.
