    ("Infinity" or the "Company")

    Infinity Bio-Energy LTD - consent from convertible bond holders to make full payment in kind


    The Company announces that it has obtained the consent of the required majority of its convertible bond holders in relation to the
Company's 10% yield Convertible Notes due in 2011 to enable it to make all of the most recent regularly scheduled interest payment 100% in
kind instead of 50% in kind. This is part of the Company's continuing efforts, in light of the current challenging international financial
market conditions, to obtain new financing or refinancing for the Company.  

    The Company is in discussion with several providers of financing which it hopes to complete in the near future.
