Further to the passing of all resolutions at the General Meeting of Shellproof Plc held on 26 September 2013, the change of name of Shellproof Plc to Gusbourne Plc is now effective.

Shares in the Company now trade under the new name and new TIDM ('ticker') of GUS. The Company's ISIN, GB00B8TS4M09, remains unchanged.
