(“Gran Tierra” or the “Company”) (NYSE American:GTE)(TSX:GTE)(LSE:GTE) announces that the Company will release its 2024 fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2024, financial and operating results on Monday, February 24, 2025, before market open. Gran Tierra will host its conference call on the same day, Monday, February 24, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time and 4:00 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time.
