attached to the shares to be allotted under the 'nil-paid' rights
we received August 9(th) , 2011, since those were added in 'Section
B: Financial instruments'. Therefore, the actual total number of
voting rights, as calculated in our previous disclosure (Total of A
+ B), was 43,631,492 (20.87%) before the triggering
transaction.
(2) The total number of voting rights linked to all outstanding
shares of Greencore Group PLC having increased from 209,131,215 to
383,407,228, this explains the decrease in our total % of voting
rights from 20.87% to 11.38%.
