"In compliance with Section 198 of The Companies Act I am writing to advise
you that I have, today, been notified that the following interests are held on
behalf of our private clients by Investec Guinness Flight and various pooled
nominees of Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite Limited.  Both are member companies of
Investec Holdings (UK) Limited.  This holding represents an interest of 5.22%
of the geared ordinary 5p shares.  As this holding has now fallen below 10%
there is no longer a requirement to report any further changes to you.
