The Board of Greatfleet announces that they were notified on 25 July 2007 that
Christopher French had, on 20 July 2007, disposed of 666,084 ordinary shares of
2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.25 pence per
share. Following the sale of shares above, Christopher French remains interested
in 16,294,891 Ordinary Shares (of which 15,572,668 Ordinary Shares are held
directly and 722,223 Ordinary Shares are held indirectly) representing 21.93% of
the current issued share capital of Greatfleet.
