Change of Board Constitution 
 
Following  completion of  the Shareholder  Offer as  set out  in the circular to 
shareholders  on 22 July 2011, David Sebire has today stepped down as a director 
of  the Company  and Catrina  Holme has  taken over  as chairman of the Company. 
Peter Dicks has also been appointed as a director of the Company.
