-- John D. Schiller, Jr., the Company's Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, acquired 20,000 US $0.005 common stock ("Shares") at a price of $15.88 per Share

-- Cornelius Dupré II, one of the Company's independent Board of Directors, acquired 6,000 Shares at a price of $15.76 per Share

-- Kevin S. Flannery, one of the Company's independent Board of Directors, acquired 3,000 Shares at a price of $15.80 per Share
