("the Company" or "EUKI")

Disposal of Investment in Skin Health Spa plc (SHS)

The Board of EUKI are pleased to announce the disposal of 1,061,500 ordinary
shares in SHS for a gross consideration of #265,375 or #226,038 net of
commission and expenses.

Included in the total figure of 1,061,500 ordinary shares are 656,094 shares
bought from Catalyst Investment Group Limited (CIGL) at 12.9p per share as
announced on 14 October 2005, and 405,406 shares already held, with a combined
book cost of #142,473. The gross profit on the sale is #122,902 before costs.
EUKI now hold 113,491 ordinary shares in SHS.

As Mr Renwick Haddow is a director of both EUKI and a director of CIGL,
and a shareholder with 29.00% shares in CIGL, and CIGL has a shareholding of
47.50% in EUKI, CIGL has received total commission of #64,409 on this
transaction and a previous one announced on 8th July 2005 which in aggregate is
treated as Related Party under the AIM Rules.

Accordingly, Messrs Richard Henstock and Andrew Moore confirm that having
consulted EUKI's Nominated Adviser, the payment of this commission is fair and
reasonable insofar as the shareholders of the Company are concerned.

Mr Andy Moore has been appointed as Director to the board of an investee
company, Forknall Limited for which Central Group Limited, of which Mr Andy
Moore is the only shareholder and Director, will receive fees.
