Change to terms of engagement of Executive Chairman

Paris: 10 February 2016

eServGlobal (AIM:ESG & ASX:ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, refers to the announcement of 24 April 2015 and advises that, effective retrospectively from 1 February 2016, the terms of engagement of the Executive Chairman, John Conoley, have changed such that Mr Conoley is now employed by the Company on an open ended contract, terminable by either party on 6 months notice, or immediately by the Company in the event of serious misconduct by the employee.

John Conoley, Executive Chairman, eServGlobal, said, "The Board and team of eServGlobal have worked hard throughout a challenging 2015 and they, and our shareholders, deserve a full-time leader. There is still a lot of work to be done to achieve the results this company is capable of, but our refreshed team is committed to the task ahead."

There is no change to Mr Conoley's fixed remuneration. The details of his complete remuneration package are below:

 
 Total Remuneration   Fixed: GBP260,000 per annum 
  Package              STI Bonus: Mr Conoley will participate 
                       in the Company's corporate bonus 
                       plan. 
                       Pensions and Allowances: GBP16,000
