                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for the admission of 300,000 Ordinary Shares to
trading on AIM. These Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise
of options by Mr Rigby a director of the Company. Mr Rigby now holds 400,000
shares in the Company representing 0.42% of the issued share capital of the
Company. Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 17
February 2004.
