                                Issue of Equity


The Board has received and accepted a request to exercise 4,000 warrants,
pursuant to the Employee Share Option Scheme 2003, and accordingly will issue
and allot 4,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company.

The Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, are to
be admitted to trading on AIM and trading is expected to commence on 7 December
2007.
