Interim dividend

Custodian REIT (LSE: CREI), the UK property investment company, confirms its proposed third quarterly interim dividend of 1.25 pence per share, to be paid on 31 March 2015 to shareholders on the register on 6 February 2015, will be designated as a property income distribution ("PID").
