acquired 15,000 ordinary shares, of nominal value of 10p each, at a price of 202
pence per share ordinary share on 6 December 2006.


Following this purchase Andrew Dougal has an interest in 15,000 ordinary shares
representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
