Statement re Haversham Holdings plc's proposed acquisition of
the BCA Group
Following the announcement made by the Company on 16 March 2015,
the Company notes the announcement made by Haversham Holdings plc
("Haversham") today relating to its proposed acquisition of the BCA
Group and its associated fundraising (the "Transaction"). Cenkos is
pleased to announce that it has been appointed as Lead Manager and
Broker and Joint Financial Adviser in relation to the Transaction,
which, subject to Haversham shareholder approval being received at
a general meeting of Haversham to be held on 27 March 2015, is due
for completion on 2 April 2015. Completion of the Transaction will
have a significant impact on the Company's current year
revenues.
The Company expects to announce its audited results for the year
ended 31 December 2014 at the end of March 2015.
