Results of Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
 
China Medical System Holdings Ltd. (AIM: CMSH) is pleased to announce that at 
the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today the ordinary 
resolutions regarding the distribution by way of dividend in specie of CMS' 
holding in and the de-merger of Healthlink Consultancy Inc. ("Healthlink") was 
duly passed. A total of 42,026,380 votes (representing 88.6% of the issued share 
capital of the Company) were cast, of which all the votes were cast in favour of 
the resolutions. 
Following the EGM the effective distribution and de-merger of Healthlink will be 
on 18 December 2009, with the posting of share certificates(s) of Healthlink 
Shares and cheques to shareholder(s) who elected for the Cash Alternative to 
take place by 23 December 2009.
