Site visit to
SEA
Cohort, the independent technology
group, is today hosting a visit for institutional investors to its
subsidiary Systems Engineering and Assessment Ltd (SEA)'s site at
Barnstaple, Devon, UK.
The visit will include presentations
from SEA's management team focusing on SEA's Trainable Decoy
Launcher System (known as Ancilia), its integrated anti-submarine
warfare system tailored to smaller vessels (Krait), its lightweight
Torpedo Launcher System (TLS), and a facility tour. Presentations
will be made available online after the event.
Cohort has been successful with a
number of recent contract awards, including the 26 March 2024
announcement of a £135m Royal Navy countermeasures contract. These,
together with other recent order wins, were stated as expected to
materially enhance the Group's earnings.
No new information on current year
trading will be shared at the site visit.
