        announces the following results of the voting by poll 
        at the Annual General Meeting of the Members of Cash Converters 
        held at The Pan Pacific Hotel, 207 Adelaide Terrace, Perth, 
        WA on 16 November 2012 at 10:00 AM (AWST):
