The  Directors  of  CADS are pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the  Annual  General 
Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 20th December 2011 were passed unanimously by shareholders. 
 
Brian  McDonnell did not seek re-appointment at the AGM and therefore in accordance with the  Articles 
of Association of the Company ceased to be a Director at the conclusion of the AGM.
