Notice of General Meeting

Baqus Group plc (AIM:BQS), the building consultancy and quantity surveying group, today notifies shareholders of a general meeting to be held at the offices of Seymour Pierce at 20 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7EN at 12.00 noon on 23 May 2011 to vote on the Board's proposal to cancel the trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares of GBP0.05 each.
